• Mediation sessions generally are conducted virtually, with a Zoom link that will be provided when the mediation is scheduled. 

• Half day: $1,000 with a $100 admin fee per party 
• Full day: $3,000 with a $100 admin fee per party 

• Half day: 9:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm
• Full Day: up to 8 hours
• To inquire about mediation availability, please email or select a time 
• When you are ready to book a mediation, please send us an email with your preferred date and a backup date. Please also include the case name and type, the names and contact information for all counsel, and the agreed-upon mediation fee split. We will promptly confirm your date and circulate a Scheduled Mediation Notice shortly thereafter.

• Admin fee is non-refundable
• Mediation fee is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received 5 business days before session
• 50% refundable if cancellation notice is received 2 business days before session
• No refund if cancellation notice is received less than 2 business days before session
• Fees for unused time will not be refunded
