Mediation sessions generally are conducted virtually via Zoom. In-person mediations are available for an additional fee. 

• Half day: $1,000 with a $100 administrative fee per party 
• Full day: $3,000 with a $100 administrative fee per party 

• Half Day: up to 4 hours
• Full Day: up to 8 hours & includes reasonable follow up

• The administrative fee is nonrefundable
• The mediation fee is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received 5 business days before the session
• The mediation fee is 50% refundable if cancellation notice is received 2 business days before the session
• No refund of the mediation fee if cancellation notice is received less than 2 business days before the session
• Unused mediation time will not be refunded
